1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ThermoConvert, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

ThermoConvert is an independent application and is NOT affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Vorwerk International & Co. KmG, or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates. The official Thermomix® website can be found at www.thermomix.com.
The names Thermomix®, TM31®, TM5®, TM6® and TM7® are registered trademarks of Vorwerk.
2. Safety and Liability
Food Safety: The instructions generated by our AI are suggestions based on standard cooking practices. You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- Food is cooked to safe temperatures.
- Ingredients are suitable for your dietary requirements and allergies.
- The machine settings (speed, temperature) are safe for the volume of ingredients in your specific model bowl.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ThermoConvert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damage to kitchen appliances or spoiled ingredients, arising out of your use of the service.
3. Use of Services
You may use our service for personal, non-commercial cooking purposes. You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so. This includes not attempting to access the service using any interface other than our website.
4. Intellectual Property
The design, code, and content of this application are owned by ThermoConvert. The recipes you convert remain your property (or the property of the original author), but the specific converted instruction format generated by our AI is provided for your personal use.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any material changes taking effect.
